Return Policy:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

Damaged items, wrong items need to be reported within 3 days from the date you received your purchase:
-Damaged items need to be noted on the reciveing note when delivered.
-Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only. 
-Original and return shipping charges are not refundable.
-All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment

-Please email us at : sakuratoyland1@gmail.com, so we may approve your return.

-All returns must be sent via a traceable method so that your package may be tracked and receipt confirmed by your shipper of choice.

Non-Returnable Items include:
-Pinatas
-Custom and/or personalized items
-Helium Tanks
-Partial Party Kits – Party Kits may only be returned complete, including all components originally specified within each kit. Party Kit components cannot be returned individually.
-Any and all Pre-Ordered items.
